You will be the last line of defence between a bug and a customer. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.Role OverviewAs a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will design test plans, build automated test coverage, and work with engineering to catch defects before they reach production.Key ResponsibilitiesTest Planning & ExecutionWrite test plans and cases from product requirements and design docsExecute manual and exploratory testing across web and mobile surfacesTriage and log defects with clear repro steps for engineeringAutomation & QualityBuild and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, and regression)Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines and monitor flaky testsPartner with engineering to improve testability and release qualityIdeal Candidate Profile2 to 6 years in manual and automated software testingHands-on experience with an automation framework (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)Working knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) and SQLClear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setupPreferred QualificationsISTQB certification or equivalentExperience testing in an Agile/Scrum environmentBasic scripting ability in Python or JavaScriptWhat We OfferA quality assurance engineer seat at a US product company's India engineering hubRemote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placementA quality seat with real influence over what ships and whenOne application considered for this and future matched rolesHiring ProcessHR Screening → Technical Assessment → Technical Round 1 → Technical Round 2 → Culture Fit
