Kidz Educational Services: School-Based Behavior Consultant / BCBA
Nassau County - Suffolk County, NY – Westchester County – Upper and Lower Hudson Valley – Central New York – Western New York
Partner with school districts to develop practical, evidence-based behavioral supports that help students participate successfully in their classrooms and school communities.
Status: Full-time or fee-for-service, based on available caseloads and/or availability of schedules.
Compensation: $40–$80/hour for fee-for-service positions or $58,500–$85,000 annually for salaried positions depending on level of experience, certifications and role.
Setting: On-site consultation and support within assigned school districts; travel between locations may be required. This position follows a school district calendar with opportunities to earn the summers off!
In this role, you will:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.
Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and guide intervention decisions.
Coach school staff through modeling, training, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with administrators, teachers, related service providers, and families to support student needs and IEP implementation.
Participate in CSE meetings and provide behavioral recommendations.
