Executive Assistant - Marketing

Are you energized by anticipating needs, creating organization, and helping leaders stay focused on what matters most? Marvin is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide thoughtful, proactive, high-level support to the Senior Director of Marketing. In this role, you’ll manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, presentations, correspondence, and meeting logistics while helping advance key marketing initiatives. You’ll also anticipate evolving business needs and help the Senior Director make effective use of their time.
