Business Developer (Banking & Finance Sales)

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation is mandatory.
1–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience in accounting outsourcing, bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, or finance outsourcing services.
Experience selling to international markets, particularly Australia, the UK, or the US.
Understanding of Australian accounting and compliance processes, including BAS, GST, payroll, superannuation, year-end accounting, and tax lodgements.
Experience in accounting outsourcing firms, KPOs, or similar service-based organizations is preferred.
Proven ability to generate leads, manage sales pipelines, negotiate, and close B2B deals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools such as Freshsales, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant B2B sales/business development experience in accounting outsourcing.
Hands-on experience selling accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, or finance outsourcing services.
Domestic voice process experience alone will not be considered relevant.
Good communication skills.
Comfortable working in Australian shifts starting at 5:00 AM onwards.
