Field Sales Director

Location: Remote (US)
Pay: $190,000–$220,000 base + variable + equity
A late-stage, well-funded biotech preparing a rare disease launch is hiring field sales leaders. You'll own a territory, built around where you live, and the physician relationships in it, inside a small, high-performance commercial team.
What you'll do
- Own a territory and its physician list
- Build trust with physicians and clinics
- Drive prescriptions that patients actually fill
- Work with patient services to clear access issues
- Hit clear daily metrics against ambitious goals
What you bring
- Commercial, physician-facing experience
- Proven results ranked against peers
- Scientific fluency: a science or medical degree, or a pharma or health tech role
- Extensive travel within your territory
Nice to have: rare disease launch experience; MD, RN or NP; startup health tech sales
