The Middle Years Program Lead will shape and scale an innovative educational program designed for children aged 10–14, combining academic excellence with social-emotional development. This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end curriculum design, integrating project-based and place-based learning experiences inspired by the world around students. You will develop engaging learning resources, assessment frameworks, and educational systems that support consistent delivery across international locations. Working closely with educators, education leaders, and cross-functional teams, you will empower teachers and foster meaningful student progress. You will also drive the integration of online learning providers and educational technologies to enhance the learning experience. As the program expands globally, you will play a pivotal role in establishing quality standards, supporting new launches, and ensuring educational excellence at scale.
