Job Description
Participate in AI, automation, or feature/process improvement projects to optimize engineering operations and maximize product value.
Engage in all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements definition, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an active, supportive environment to build and optimize software for mission-critical products.
Basic Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
Solid coding foundation in C/C++, Python, or related languages suitable for embedded systems, automation, or AI development.
Strong grasp of fundamental computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
Highly analytical with keen attention to detail, strong self-driven learning ability, and a natural curiosity to independently research and implement solutions.
Passion for artificial intelligence, machine learning, modern automation frameworks, or operational efficiency.
Exposure to or interest in cellular and telecom protocols (e.g., 3G, LTE, 5G, DMR) or digital signal processing is an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to work and collaborate effectively across teams.
Minimum internship duration of 3 months (12 weeks). Please indicate your available start and end dates on your resume.
Willingness to work on-site in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
