What You'll Do
Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvementEvaluate AI-generated outputs related to clinical workflows, health information systems, and healthcare data pipelines for accuracy and qualityReview and assess the correctness of AI responses to health informatics prompts, flagging errors, inconsistencies, or clinically unsafe recommendationsPrepare structured feedback, ratings, and recommendations to help AI systems learn from real-world healthcare expertiseApply your knowledge of clinical and operational workflows to ensure AI outputs reflect accurate, real-world practice
Who You Are
Hands-on experience working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platformsStrong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reportingAbility to assess complex health information and communicate findings clearlyComfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignmentsDetail-oriented, reliable, and thorough in your evaluations
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation frameworksFamiliarity with health data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD codingBackground in clinical informatics, health IT, or population health analyticsPrior exposure to AI tools or machine learning workflows
