1.与育碧海内外研发团队紧密配合，推进《彩虹六号：攻势》系统设计的持续迭代，包含：长期成长系统、社交系统、挑战系统及核心玩法体验调优等，提供产品关键系统设计方案并推进落地；
2.针对用户和市场反馈对产品设计持续调优，输出对应的策划解决方案并推进研发实现，提高游戏运营指标；
3.通过项目数据、市场、用户的研究和分析，周期性刷新产品策略和规划方案，辅助项目的长线运营获得成功；
4.结合海外产品情况及国内测试、上线数据进行复盘，制定流程沉淀设计经验和方法论。
