Position Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across frontend and backend technologies, cloud platforms, software architecture, and team leadership. This role requires hands-on technical contribution while mentoring engineers and driving engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the architecture, design, and development of end-to-end web applications.
· Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
· Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
· Drive technical decisions, code reviews, and development standards.
· Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and solutions.
· Develop and maintain frontend applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
· Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices using .NET, Java, Node.js, or similar technologies.
· Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
· Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
· Mentor team members and support their technical growth.
· Drive adoption of Agile and engineering best practices.
What we look for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8-12 years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in frontend technologies:
React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
NET Core / Java Spring Boot / Node.js
Experience with databases:
SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL
MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitLab.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
