Role Overview
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect with 12+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in the Banking and Financial Services domain. The candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and governing secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions that support digital transformation initiatives, regulatory compliance, and business growth across banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement cloud architecture strategies aligned with enterprise and business objectives.
Design end-to-end cloud-native and hybrid-cloud solutions for banking applications and platforms.
Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including core banking, digital banking, payments, lending, and customer engagement platforms.
Develop architecture blueprints covering application, integration, security, infrastructure, and data domains.
Establish cloud governance frameworks, security controls, and compliance standards.
Drive adoption of microservices, containerization, serverless technologies, and API-driven architectures.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, security teams, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to banking security and regulatory requirements.
Define disaster recovery, business continuity, scalability, and high-availability strategies.
Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, resilience, and customer experience.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and engineering teams.

Strong understanding of banking operations, security requirements, and compliance standards.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams and large enterprise environments.
