Your new role
Preparing and managing factory budgets and forecasts
Monitoring actual performance against plan and providing variance analysis
Supporting logistics cost planning and performance management
Managing inventory and waste-related financial analysis
Supporting CAPEX investment reviews and business cases
Participating in inventory and fixed asset control processes
Preparing costing reports and conducting operational finance analysis
Partnering closely with supply chain stakeholders to improve efficiency and cost performance
What you'll need to succeed
Around 3-7 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, supply chain finance, controlling, or business partnering
Experience supporting business functions such as supply chain, operations, manufacturing, logistics, sales, or marketing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
Business-level English, High Business-level Japanese
Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or consumer-related industries is highly advantageous
Knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools would be beneficial
