Research Associate - Formulation

Role Description The Research Associate – Formulation will work on the development, optimization, and evaluation of specialty organic chemical formulations in a laboratory setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and conducting experiments, preparing and testing formulations, maintaining accurate records, and analyzing data to support product development and process improvement. The role involves collaborating with senior scientists and cross-functional teams, adhering to safety and quality standards, and contributing to technical documentation and reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring regular interaction with laboratory equipment and facilities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong formulation development and laboratory skills, including experience in handling organic chemicals and conducting experimental trials.
Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret experimental data and support optimization of formulations and processes.
Candidates should possess knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory practices relevant to chemical or pharmaceutical R&D environments.
Candidates should possess effective communication and documentation skills for maintaining lab records, preparing reports, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in formulation or process development is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple experiments, follow standardized procedures, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
