P4 - Principal Cybersecurity Engineer - Zscaler SWG (Secure Web Gateway)
General Duties
Administer the Global Secure Web Gateway (Zscaler ZIA)
Ensure systems have up to date sensors
Work with partner teams to update sensors when necessary
Create and maintain Web Security Policies
Maintain Identity integrations and RBAC management
Complete exception requests for Cloud Storage
Complete exception requests for AI Applications
Work with customers to resolve issues with web site access
Work with partner teams to establish IP Sec Tunnels / Cloud Connectors
Monitor, Report, and generate Analytics and metrics for management
Must have skills:
ZIA administration and policy management
Advanced networking (DNS, routing, proxy technologies)
SSL/TLS inspection expertise
Entra ID / SAML / SCIM integrations
Cloud and SaaS security governance
Security log analysis and threat investigations
API and scripting automation
Risk-based security decision making
Technical leadership and stakeholder communication
Mandatory Skills: Zscaler Web Security
