Your role
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale 5G mission-critical network program involving interconnected projects, workstreams, vendors, and System Integrators. As the overall delivery owner, you will drive execution from planning through deployment, acceptance, and operational handover. Your leadership will ensure alignment across network, OSS, BSS, MDM, security, infrastructure, and operational readiness.
In this role you will play a key role in:
Owning program scope, milestones, dependencies, quality, and outcomes.
Aligning System Integrators, vendors, and internal delivery teams.
Driving integration, testing, migration, rollout, and deployment.
Establishing governance and monitoring performance through KPIs.
Managing critical risks, issues, dependencies, and recovery plans.
Ensuring operational readiness and successful handover.
Your profile
You are a senior telecom delivery leader who combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in complex, multi-vendor environments.
15+ years of experience delivering large-scale telecom, network, or technology transformation programs.
Proven experience leading complex 4G or 5G deployments.
Strong understanding of RAN, Core, Transport, OSS, and BSS.
Experience working with major System Integrators and multiple vendors.
Ability to manage complex dependencies across projects and organizations.
Strong senior stakeholder management and delivery leadership skills.
