Our Architectural Products team will provide interns the opportunity to explore product development and or sales enablement/merchandising.
What You Will Do
As an Allsteel Architectural Products internship, you will join our team in Muscatine, IA and get hands-on experience understanding what it takes to bring a new product to market. Learn how to conduct competitive market research & analysis, scope & measure financial market opportunity for the new product, and experience working cross-functionally with engineering & manufacturing to make the new product a reality.
Each summer, the Sales interns receive a project (or two!) for the summer and work directly with a mentor for technical and professional guidance. Throughout the summer, HNI interns are offered career development experiences such as skill-building workshops and opportunities to learn from and network with senior leadership.
Outside of work, HNI interns enjoy professional and social networking opportunities with 70+ other HNI interns throughout the Muscatine community. This is a paid internship spanning approximately 10 weeks; housing is provided if needed. Depending on the flexibility of the role, the internship may have the opportunity to be completed remotely.
