Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT positions and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities· Understand hiring requirements from clients or internal hiring managers.· Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.· Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, salary expectations, and availability.· Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.· Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.· Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.· Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.· Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required Skills· Good verbal and written communication skills.· Basic understanding of IT roles and technical terminologies.· Knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.· Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.· Good organizational and time-management skills.· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Eligibility Criteria· Any graduate or MBA in HR preferred.· 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.· Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can apply.· Previous experience in IT recruitment is an added advantage.
