About the Opportunity:
The STAFF PRODUCT MANAGER - AI / ML will lead the strategy and execution of customer-facing machine learning applications that drive growth and improve user engagement within the platform. This role is critical in integrating machine learning into the customer experience by collaborating with engineering, data science, product, and commercial teams to maximize impact on key performance indicators such as customer acquisition costs, cross-sell rates, and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and own product strategy for ML-driven customer applications aligned with organizational objectives
Design and evaluate product solutions where ML models are central
Define performance metrics for ML models and probabilistic outputs
Lead experimentation and testing to inform product decisions
Collaborate closely with ML engineers, data scientists, and commercial partners
Communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Balance model quality with business priorities to make timely product decisions
Requirements:
Senior product management experience with a focus on growth, experimentation, or data-driven consumer products
Strong quantitative skills, including statistics and probabilistic system measurement
Ability to make informed product decisions about ML and evaluate model performance
Experience in consumer-facing products with large user bases and mature data practices
Excellent communication skills with ability to educate non-technical stakeholders
Pragmatic approach, comfortable with making trade-offs and moving quickly
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range $161,500—$212,500 USD
