Product Specialist - SAP SD (OTD)

Role: IT Product Specialist – (Techno-Functional)Location: HyderabadExperience: 5–9 yearsDomain: Order-to-Invoice / Order-to-Delivery
Role Overview: Seeking a techno-functional Product Analyst with strong SAP SD expertise and Order-to-Invoice process knowledge to translate business requirements into IT solutions, manage product backlogs, and support end-to-end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, assess, and prioritize requirements for the product backlog and roadmap.Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development, integration, and testing.Support end-to-end IT project delivery, from requirement discovery to solution rollout and adoption.Drive process optimization and operational efficiency across Order-to-Delivery processes.Coordinate with Finance, Customer Service, IT teams, and external partners to align priorities and delivery timelines.Facilitate workshops, solution design discussions, and user training.Contribute to product roadmap planning and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to business operations.
Required Skills & Experience:SAP SD: Minimum 5 years of experience, including SPRO configuration/customization and preparation of Functional Design Specifications for ABAP development.Experience with EDI formats is an added advantage.Strong understanding of Order-to-Invoice business processes, operations, and data.3–5 years of experience in Product Analysis or Business Analysis roles.Experience in product-oriented environments and cross-functional IT project delivery.Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Experience in business requirement gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, and process improvement.Strong communication and presentation skills; fluency in written and spoken English.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related discipline.
Preferred: Experience working with global FMCG organizations.
