Senior Director - Database Product Management

Job Description
Go-to-market efforts for Autonomous Database and broader Database Sales plays across the ASEAN region.
As we continue to see increasing demand and strategic focus on Autonomous Database, the complexity of customer engagements has grown significantly. These opportunities require deep technical expertise, strong architectural guidance, and close alignment with sales to effectively position value, address customer concerns, and accelerate deal progression.
Senior Technical Solution Architect will be dedicated to:
Leading technical engagement for Autonomous Database opportunities
Supporting key database sales plays and strategic accounts
Partnering closely with sales to shape and advance pipeline
Delivering architectural leadership across complex deals
This role will be critical in strengthening our technical depth, improving win rates, and ensuring we can effectively scale our go-to-market efforts in ASEAN.
Responsibilities
This person will be responsible for:
Supporting multiple concurrent strategic pursuits across countries
Driving technical win strategies and differentiated positioning
Enabling sales teams with timely and relevant solution guidance
Engaging customers at a senior technical and architectural level
