This position is based in Olsztyn within the Liquidity and Investment Operations Department. The Cash and Trade Processing Analyst is an analyst-level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to research issues, conduct analyses, and support their resolution.
Responsibilities:
Perform complex client setups across a suite of applications
Manage client inquiries
Facilitate the accurate and timely resolution of system outages by engaging with all relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with Technology and Product teams on projects and process improvements
Perform Production Validation Testing (PVT) on a regular basis
Qualifications:
1-3 years of operational experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong service orientation, professionalism, accountability, and client/business focus
Proven ability to work independently and assimilate and disseminate information quickly
Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
