Anthropic GTM Director

The Anthropic GTM Director will lead the development and expansion of a strategic technology partnership, transforming enterprise AI opportunities into measurable business growth. This role combines go-to-market strategy, strategic alliances, business development, and AI solution commercialization within a fast-growing data and AI consulting environment. You will build trusted relationships with technology partner stakeholders, align internal teams around high-value market opportunities, and develop scalable commercial strategies for Claude-powered enterprise solutions. Working closely with sales, marketing, technical, and delivery leaders, you will drive pipeline generation, strengthen market positioning, and accelerate client adoption of generative and agentic AI. The position offers significant ownership in building a partnership from the ground up, with opportunities to shape offerings, influence revenue growth, and establish differentiated market capabilities.
