Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology System Administrator located in Pune District. The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and administering IT systems, ensuring network stability, and providing technical support to resolve hardware and software issues. The role includes monitoring system performance, troubleshooting problems, conducting regular updates and backups, and ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place. The individual will collaborate with various teams to meet system requirements and support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proficiency in System Administration, including configuring and maintaining servers and storage systems
Experience in Network Administration, ensuring reliable and secure network operations
Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve IT-related issues efficiently
Familiarity with Information Technology fundamentals, including hardware, software, and cybersecurity best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus
Ability to adapt to new technologies and work collaboratively within a team
