Sales Manager

iTalent PLUS is recruiting Sales Managers on behalf of an international company operating within the iGaming and technology sector.
We are looking for ambitious, commercially driven professionals to support the company's international growth and business development activities.
We are open to candidates from different professional backgrounds, ranging from motivated B2B sales professionals with experience in SaaS or technology to established iGaming sales professionals with strong industry connections and an existing network of operators.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy building relationships, identifying business opportunities and closing deals in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners and key decision-makers.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiations and closing.
Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients.
Represent the company at international iGaming conferences, exhibitions and networking events.
Conduct product presentations, commercial discussions and negotiations with prospective clients.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client relationships.
Monitor market developments, competitor activities and emerging commercial opportunities.
Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's international expansion.
Requirements
Previous experience in B2B sales, business development or account acquisition.
Experience in iGaming, SaaS, technology or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and convert commercial opportunities.
Excellent English communication skills, together with fluency in either Spanish or Portuguese.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of commercial targets.
Willingness to travel internationally and attend industry events.
Additional Advantages
Previous sales or business development experience within the iGaming industry.
An established network of iGaming operators, aggregators or other industry stakeholders.
Experience developing business in emerging or less-regulated international markets.
Proven track record of generating new business and closing B2B commercial agreements.
Experience selling SaaS platforms, technology solutions or other complex B2B products.
Work remotely, from anywhere in Europe
