Associate Project Manager - OnePlan

Act as a central coordinator for the OnePlan Wave 2 transformation program, bringing together business and project teams to deliver high-quality planning templates and drive program execution. Through workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and rigorous project follow-up, you will help ensure a smooth and successful deployment of OnePlan.
Objectives:
Ensure effective operational coordination of the OnePlan Wave 2 program, including the tracking of activities, milestones, risks, and action plans.
Prepare and organize business workshops, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged and that sessions are conducted efficiently.
Maintain clear and structured documentation, including decisions, business requirements, meeting minutes, and executive summaries.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring smooth communication and rigorous follow-up on agreed actions.
Deliver accurate and actionable project reporting, providing visibility on progress and supporting decision-making.
Leverage Microsoft 365 tools effectively (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) for project tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
Support testing, training, and deployment activities, contributing to the successful adoption of new processes and tools.
Bring added value through knowledge of project and portfolio management tools, such as OnePlan, Planview, Clarity, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life sciences industry.
Understanding of the drug development lifecycle.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with OnePlan or other project and portfolio management tools such as Planview, Clarity, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
