Indiana, PA and surrounding communities
What You'll Do:
As a Special Needs Caregiver / DSP, you'll provide personalized support that helps clients live safely and independently:
Build meaningful relationships through companionship and engagement
Assist with daily routines and life skills development
Support participation in hobbies, recreation, and community activities
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and outings
Encourage independence, confidence, and social connections
Provide light meal preparation and household assistance as needed
What We're Looking For In Our Special Needs Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals (DSP):
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals
Experience supporting individuals with special needs / intellectual / developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
No experience? No problem. We provide paid training!
