PowerBi Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Developer who can independently manage end-to-end business intelligence and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, advanced data analytics capabilities, and the ability to transform complex business requirements into insightful executive-level dashboards and reports with minimal supervision.
Required Technical Skills
Power BI Expertise
Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power BI development.
Advanced knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating measures, KPIs, calculated columns, and complex business logic.
Proficiency in Power Query for data transformation, cleansing, and preparation.
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, star schema design, and performance optimization.
Expertise in data visualization principles and dashboard design best practices.
Data Integration & Automation
Strong experience in integrating multiple data sources into Power BI.
Hands-on experience with API-based data integration and automation.
Ability to connect Power BI directly with enterprise applications, databases, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
Experience in building automated data pipelines and eliminating manual data upload processes.
Analytics & Reporting
Experience in developing:
Executive Dashboards
KPI Attainment Reports
Trend Analysis Reports
Forecasting Dashboards
Business Performance Scorecards
Operational Reporting Solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable business insights.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ServiceNow Reporting and analytics.
Strong knowledge of ITIL reporting practices and IT service management metrics.
Exposure to enterprise reporting environments and large-scale data ecosystems.
Experience working with leadership stakeholders and senior management reporting requirements.
