Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum college or technical training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Strong customer service skills and call center experience
Strong technical aptitude and experience working with HRIS or similar business systems preferred.
Overall Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:
The HR Operations Assistant provides administrative and operational support throughout the candidate hiring and onboarding process. Key responsibilities include:
Use internal systems to prepare and send offers, candidate communications, and other hiring-related correspondence.
Set up and send automated or mass calls to candidates to encourage timely responses to offers and completion of required onboarding tasks.
Work across multiple systems simultaneously to respond to candidate, employee, and stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner.
Use internal systems to assign, release, reassign or transfer candidates to appropriate requisitions.
Generate, extract, organize, and share reports from HR systems with appropriate stakeholders.
Monitor assigned activities and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and urgency in supporting business, candidate, and employee needs.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable nondisclosure and data-handling requirements.
