Business & Client Analyst (Remote)

You will be responsible for supporting the leadership team in financial analysis, business and ROI modeling, benchmarking and trending data from the client and internal perspective, ad hoc reporting and analytics, and projects.
What You'll Do
Develop PowerPoint presentations to support client reviews, project management, and project lead activities
Identify opportunities to improve performance against contractual terms
Review financials for cost reduction, track variances to budget, and recommend opportunities to senior management for reducing expenses and increasing revenues
Review client data for trends in specific areas important to client or industry changes
Deliver monthly and quarterly ad hoc or program reports, according to deadlines, review and assure data quality
Interface with appropriate departments assuring database maintenance
Facilitate effective communication with all levels of the account management team
What You'll Bring
Prior financial analysis experience
Knowledge of project management
Knowledge of business and client management
Knowledge of BCD Travel products and services
Advanced skills on GDS
Well developed Microsoft Office skills; specifically with PowerPoint & Excel
Good command of English
