1st Grade Co-Teacher - IDEA Bluff Springs Academy (Immediate Opening)

Role Mission: IDEA Early Childhood Co-Teachers support Tier 1 instruction in grades Prekindergarten-Grade 2 and targeted intervention under the direction of the lead teacher. Co-Teachers actively facilitate small-group learning, provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports, and help cultivate joyful, engaging learning environments where all students can thrive. Through close collaboration with lead teachers, Co-Teachers help ensure every student receives the support needed to achieve mastery and develop a love of learning.
This position is grant-funded with Title I Part A funds. This is a grant-funded position and funding may be extended. A grant-funded position has no guarantee of ongoing and indefinite employment. All duties and responsibilities tied to this position are allowable and allocable to the grant. The employee will work solely (100%) on allowable activities outlined in the grant program.

Hourly co-teachers earnings are paid out over a 12-month period
