French E-commerce manager Winparts! (AAG)

Ready to drive the growth of Winparts in France?
Winparts is going international! After building a strong position in the Netherlands, we're taking the next step: expanding our e-commerce business in France. And we're looking for someone who knows how to turn opportunities into results.
As our French Ecommerce manager, you'll play a key role in launching and scaling Winparts in the French market. Based at the Alliance Automotive Group France headquarters in Paris, you'll connect our French operations with the Winparts teams in the Netherlands.
You'll bring together e-commerce, commercial performance, supply chain, purchasing, logistics and technology to make sure everything runs smoothly and continues to improve.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and making things happen. You won't manage a local team, but you'll have plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact.
What will you do?
As French Operations Leader, you'll be the main point of contact for Winparts within Alliance Automotive Group France. You'll understand what's happening in the local market, identify opportunities and make sure the right people work together to deliver results.
You'll work closely with colleagues across France and the Netherlands, from purchasing and supply chain to digital marketing, IT, data and finance.
Your mission? Build a strong, competitive and successful e-commerce operation in France.
Here's what you'll focus on:
Drive e-commerce growth. Monitor and improve revenue, margins, conversion rates and overall commercial performance. Turn insights into practical actions that help Winparts grow in France.
Improve the online customer experience. Work with our central e-commerce, UX, CRO, marketing and IT teams to identify opportunities, improve the customer journey and remove obstacles that impact conversion.
Connect teams and make things happen. Act as the bridge between Winparts in the Netherlands and Alliance Automotive Group France. Bring the right stakeholders together, align priorities and ensure projects move forward.
Optimize assortment and pricing. Work alongside purchasing, pricing and product teams to ensure our offering meets local customer needs. Monitor competitors, identify opportunities and support commercial decisions.
Improve product availability and delivery performance. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to resolve stock issues, improve delivery times and create a reliable customer experience.
Lead local projects and improvements. Coordinate new product launches, platform improvements and operational initiatives, from initial planning through to successful execution.
Use data to make better decisions. Work with KPIs, Excel, dashboards and BI tools to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks and measure the impact of improvements.
Represent Winparts in France. Build strong relationships within Alliance Automotive Group France, understand how the organization works and make sure Winparts' priorities are heard and supported.
You won't have to do everything yourself. Your strength lies in connecting people, setting priorities and making sure great ideas turn into real improvements.
