Account Specialist, LVAR

The Account Specialist, LVAR will support customers experiencing delinquent or high-risk loan situations by identifying appropriate collection strategies and helping them navigate available repayment solutions. This role combines customer service, financial account assessment, and loss mitigation to achieve positive customer outcomes while minimizing financial risk. You will build trusted relationships through professional communication, personalized guidance, and responsive support.
