In this senior-level role, you will lead the design, development, and operation of machine learning platforms, enabling data scientists and engineers to deploy, monitor, and manage models with confidence. Rather than focusing primarily on model development, you will specialize in ML platform engineering, MLOps, model serving, automation, and production reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Data Science, Product, Risk, Fraud, and Engineering to transform complex business challenges into practical technical solutions. Beyond hands-on development, you will influence architectural decisions, improve engineering standards, mentor colleagues, and drive initiatives from concept through production.
