Education: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc with a mandatory ADIS / PDIS (Advanced / Post Diploma in Industrial Safety)
What You Will Do
Strategic Safety Governance: Drive occupational health and fire safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and site-wide risk mitigation (HIRA, JSA).
Safety Digitization & Culture: Steer proactive reporting, digital safety workflows (e.g., Gensuite), contractor safety compliance, and comprehensive workforce training.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing site safety team while driving cross-skilling and continuous capability building.
