We are expanding our team and seeking a California-licensed Senior Counsel with strong Lemon Law defense experience to represent manufacturers and corporate clients in high-exposure Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and consumer litigation matters across California.

Who You Are
You are a California-licensed attorney with litigation experience in Lemon Law, automotive warranty, or complex civil litigation, including matters involving the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. You are comfortable managing cases from strategy through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Experience representing manufacturers, automotive clients, or other product defendants is strongly valued, though attorneys with consumer advocacy or CRLA backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. You are a strong advocate, strategic thinker, and collaborative team member who thrives in complex, high-stakes litigation.

Responsibilities
Develop a case theme that is more compelling than any plaintiff ploy for sympathy or anger
Refuse to accept mediocrity, the average, the standard or the norm in anything
Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs and trials
Work as part of a team with all levels of experiences
Routine communications with clients
