Provider Success Lead

The Provider Success Lead will drive the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing use of provider-facing healthcare technology solutions across a growing network of independent medical practices. This role combines implementation management, provider education, customer success, and cross-functional collaboration to improve the experience of physicians and clinical teams. You will oversee implementations from initial planning through go-live and stabilization, ensuring that tools integrate effectively into existing practice workflows. Working closely with product, engineering, operations, and provider relations teams, you will translate frontline feedback into meaningful product improvements. As the first dedicated leader in this function, you will establish scalable implementation processes, define adoption metrics, and build a repeatable training framework.
