RD Optics Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager

A BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
Strong experience in Electronic Hardware or Manufacturing Test Solution development or both.
Strong experience working cross-location and cross-country.
Autonomously managing and tracking your team’s projects.
Availability for international travel.
Fluent English in writing and speaking.
Create and lead a new manufacturing test engineering team in Nokia Optics R&D Bangalore
Analyze the RD HW designs for in-circuit test and boundary scan coverage.
Define test strategy, design and deploy cost-effective, automated test solutions for manufacturing.
Hand-over the test solutions to the Nokia Supply Chain Test Engineering team and the factories.
Support the factories and the Nokia Supply Chain Test Engineering with tester and product failure analysis.
Technical interface between R&D labs, manufacturing partners and Nokia Supply Chain.
Support administrative tasks such as asset management, order management, formal audits.
10+ years of HW design or manufacturing test automation experience.
Experience with any of NI Test Stand, Visual Basic, Phyton, TCL.
Leadership experience and setting aggressive goals.
Knowledge in optical technologies and assemblies.
Knowledge in debug, root cause analysis and manufacturing data analysis.
Hands-on experience with optical measurement instruments.
Good understanding of Supply Chain processes.
