Senior Manager, PMO (P&C Insurance)

The Senior Manager, PMO will lead strategic insurance program initiatives, technology enhancements, and cross-functional integration projects within a growing, technology-driven commercial insurance environment. This role combines project management expertise with deep knowledge of property and casualty (P&C) insurance operations and policy administration systems. You will oversee new insurance program development, optimize rate, quote, bind, and issuance workflows, and support the integration of acquired businesses into a unified platform. Working closely with underwriting, IT, accounting, and operational teams, you will translate business requirements into efficient, secure, and scalable solutions. You will also lead distributed support resources and improve processes across the entire policy lifecycle.
