Vice President, Business Development

The Vice President, Business Development will drive strategic growth by building partnerships that connect consumers with essential home services earlier in their moving journey. This executive leadership role combines hands-on enterprise sales with the development of a scalable business development strategy and high-performing team. You will identify new market opportunities across real estate, mortgage, relocation, insurance, retail, and other relevant industries, personally securing high-value partnerships with senior decision-makers. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Account Management, you will shape commercial agreements and develop integrated solutions tailored to partner needs. You will own new partnership revenue, strengthen the outbound sales motion, and use market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors. This is an opportunity to influence business strategy, expand distribution channels, and accelerate growth within a fast-moving digital services environment.
