Join a compassionate, mission‑driven Behavioral Health team dedicated to providing high‑quality psychiatric care across the lifespan. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Program Therapist / Social Worker who is passionate about supporting patients through crisis stabilization, therapeutic programming, and collaborative treatment planning.

What You’ll Do:
Provide mental health assessments, therapeutic interventions, and crisis stabilization using a biopsychosocial approach
Lead and co‑facilitate group psychotherapy and psychoeducational programming
Develop individualized discharge plans in partnership with patients, families, and community resources
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patient progress and treatment goals
Offer brief individual, group, and family therapy as needed
Participate in treatment planning, documentation, and quality‑improvement initiatives
Support weekend assessments, group therapy rotations, and clinical on‑call needs
What You Bring:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field; required
Independent practice licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC‑I, LPC, LMFT); preferred
At least 1 year of clinical experience; preferred
Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
