Analyst

Role Summary:
Design, build, and operate robust backend services in Python and Java, using AI tools such as Claude and Copilot responsibly to improve productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integration components.
Write clean, testable, maintainable code and perform quality code reviews.
Contribute to architecture decisions and production troubleshooting.
Apply secure coding, observability, reliability, and performance best practices.
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Architecture, Security, Data teams, and product stakeholders.
AI Skills for This Role:
Practical use of Claude/Copilot for coding, refactoring, debugging, and test generation.
Ability to write high-quality prompts for technical tasks.
Ability to critically review and harden AI-generated code.
Awareness of data security and IP/confidentiality constraints when using AI tools.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of backend development experience.
Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and/or Java.
Solid experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and Git workflows.
Strong testing practices and CI/CD fundamentals.
English proficiency: professional working level or above (B2+/C1 preferred).
Nice to Have:
Microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native development.
Familiarity with DDD, clean architecture, and design patterns.
Prior experience in financial services.
Work model: Flexible / Hybrid - 2 days on-site at Tecnoparque / Toluca.
English proficiency is required for all roles.
Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CISA or CIA. 7-9 years of experience. Plan, monitor & manage operational delivery to ensure adherence to agreed quality parameters & timelines. Implement work management trackers, define roles & responsibilities of team members and roll out a work allocation / delivery plan to track completion
Work with onshore managers to agree on scope of work, key stakeholders, escalation matrices, project milestones & timelines
Design & Implement management information systems (MIS) for periodic status updates and to identify trends around business processes identified as high on risk / low on controls
Drive a culture of Risk and Governance across business processes. Institutionalize ethos of continuous improvement in risk management across all processes and sub processes in scope. Champion customer service to ensure that compliance is integrated in business processes
Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology/tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services
