The Experience
You will earn the trust of manufacturing customers as a business and technical advisor through close communication, and work with sales, product specialists, Professional Services, and partners to deliver Salesforce solution proposals.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Solution proposal activities targeting manufacturing customersDevelop solutions to customers' business challenges and needs, and support forward-looking planning for business transformation and systemizationCreate and deliver solution demos that give a concrete picture of the solutions to key challengesCreate proposals centered on solution design and implementation plans
Create a variety of sales materialsUse the know-how gained from proposal activities to create industry solution maps, industry-specific demos, and proposal templates
Support marketing activities by speaking at seminars and events and delivering demonstrations
You're Our Person If...
5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution proposals, project management, or consulting at a consulting firm, system integrator, or software company
Experience proposing solutions to, or delivering projects for, manufacturing industry customers
Ability to combine technical knowledge and industry understanding to create optimal proposals for customers
Architecture design skills to make proposed solutions feasible
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Logical analysis and problem-solving skills
Goal- and objective-oriented mindset
Leadership, and the influence to encourage collaboration across teams
Fluent Japanese and conversational-level English
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information science, or a related science/engineering field
Even Better If...
Knowledge of Salesforce products (knowledge of multiple products such as Manufacturing Cloud / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Commerce Cloud / Tableau / Slack / MuleSoft / Data Cloud)
Experience handling enterprise accounts
Track record of delivering sales presentations to executives
Successful experience in pre-sales, marketing, project management, or consulting roles
Experience in, or certifications as, an enterprise architect
