Logistics and Supply Chain Manager (Electronics/ SD cards)

Responsibilities:
Plan and execute domestic freight for fragile, high-value electronics for inbound (from China) and outbound supply chain across India.
Own the shipment of devices (SD Cards, chargers, cables) and reverse logistics from booking to receipt.
Source, onboard, and manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders, aggregators and specialized couriers; Negotiate rates, SLA metrics and late-evening pickups.
Run a fixed replenishment and return cycle with the Customer Relationship and Inventory Leads.
Maintain one live tracker: every shipment has an AWB, owner, status, and ETA; with exceptions flagged the same day.
Set SD card packaging and chain-of-custody rules; run claims for lost or damaged shipments.
Handle shipping paperwork: delivery challans, e-way bills, transit insurance.
Partner closely with Procurement, and Field deployment teams to eliminate bottlenecks.
Ensure strict compliance with materials and electronics regulations (safe handling, and international customs/export-import documentation).
Good to have:
Prior 4-9 experience in running domestic logistics and supply chain across many Indian cities, including tier 2 and tier 3 cities, at high daily volume including both forward and reverse logistics.
Strong network of 3PL logistics providers, aggregators and couriers.
Prior exposure to field rollouts of small high-value devices (POS terminals, phones, SIMs)
Data management with shipment tracking and resolution of lost or delayed shipments.
Prior exp of leading a team.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Fluent in Inventory/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/ERP) and advanced spreadsheet/data analysis tools.
Familiarity with electronics shipping standards, high-value cargo insurance, and electronics goods/battery transport rules.
Comfortable creating processes from scratch with High attention to detail and physical inventory tracking.
