Position: Education & Training Professional
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Write short, realistic requests like a real user would type.
Work with the AI assistant on tasks. Steer it, answer its questions, and push back when it is wrong.
Rate the experience and deliverables. Write short notes on what went well or badly.
Evaluate AI assistants on realistic education and training tasks.
Provide feedback to improve AI assistant performance and alignment with professional standards.
Qualifications
Must-Have
3+ years of professional experience in teaching, instructional design, or corporate training.
Experience using AI assistants.
Ability to write clearly in English.
