Residential Lawn Care Technician

No lawn care experience? No problem. We'll provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and company-paid certification so you can build the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do
Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)
Applying lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services
Managing your route and customer information using a tablet
Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service
Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
What To Expect
This is a physically active role that includes:
Walking an average of 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Operating equipment safely
Serving multiple customers each day
What You'll Need
Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check
Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
High school diploma or GED
Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset
Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
