ABOUT THE ROLEPoshlayer is a UK studio that designs, builds and runs websites for established businesses. We are adding appointment setters to book qualified sales calls for one offer: the Brand plan, £2,999 + VAT to build, then Poshlayer Care at £199 a month + VAT.
You find the right companies, start the conversation and qualify it. Our founder takes the call and closes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Find UK limited companies that sell beyond one place and whose website undersells them.- Reach out by LinkedIn and email, in your own style and on your own schedule. We give you a one-page brief on the offer so that everything you tell a prospect about price and what's included is accurate.- Ask our qualifying questions, log each lead in our shared sheet, and hand qualified leads to our founder.
PAY- £25 for each qualified call that shows.- 7.5% of the £2,999 build (£224.93) on each sale from your calls, paid once the client's setup fee has cleared and work has started. No commission on monthly fees.- Show fees for calls up to Sunday 1 November are paid by bank transfer on Thursday 5 November, then monthly. You invoice us for what you've earned.
A qualified call is a UK limited company, a decision maker, budget for £2,999 + VAT, booked through our qualifying questions, and present on the call. Anything else earns nothing.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Proven B2B outreach or setting experience you can evidence.- Precise written English and a calm, professional manner.- You know the UK rules on business outreach (PECR): limited companies only, say who you are, include an opt-out.
TERMSSelf-employed contractor, remote. You set your own hours and methods, you're free to work for other clients, and you may send a suitably skilled substitute. You sign our contractor agreement before seeing any lead. We do not quote earnings: what you are paid depends on qualified calls and sales.
