The Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of mid-to-high complexity market research projects, ensuring operational excellence, financial accuracy, and exceptional client satisfaction. This role involves managing multiple concurrent studies, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and delivering projects across advanced research methodologies and sampling solutions. As a key individual contributor, you will take ownership of project planning, execution, fieldwork monitoring, quality assurance, and final delivery. You will also play an important role in revenue forecasting, profitability management, and proactive risk mitigation. Working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners while maintaining strong professional relationships. Additionally, you will contribute to team development through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement.
