Services Advisor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Services Advisor based in the United States.
We are seeking an experienced Services Advisor to help insurance organizations translate complex business needs into well-defined professional services engagements. In this role, you will partner with Sales and Services Delivery teams to identify opportunities, lead in-depth customer discovery, and design comprehensive implementation scopes. You will develop Statements of Work that clearly outline project deliverables, timelines, costs, and resource requirements. By combining insurance industry expertise with technical and consulting knowledge, you will help customers make informed decisions and ensure projects are set up for successful delivery. You will work across multiple teams, engage directly with executive stakeholders, and contribute to strategic initiatives, including data migration programs related to mergers and acquisitions.
