Role Overview
We are looking for piping designers and P&ID validators to join our team and support engineering projects through accurate drafting, design updates, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will work on P&IDs, PFDs, plot plans, and design revisions, ensuring drawings are aligned with project requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review P&IDs and 3D scans for discrepancies and markup required changesReview and revise P&ID designs based on redline markupsCreate plot plans from 3D scans with correct representation of equipment, piping, valves, and fittingsAssign tags for all equipment, instruments, and pipingCollaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirementsIdentify and document ambiguities in a structured way and communicate them to relevant stakeholdersGuide team members on technical clarifications and issues
Participate in project meetings and provide technical input where required

Work Experience
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in AutoCAD 2D drafting (P&ID, PFD, GAs, etc.)Familiarity with applicable national and international codes (ASME, ASTM, EURO, CSA, AS, etc.)Ability to work effectively in diverse teamsAdaptability to new tools and technologiesStrong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or related fieldProven experience as a Piping Engineer or similar roleProficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Plant 3D softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and teamwork skills
