Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.Role OverviewAs a NOC Engineer, you will watch over production infrastructure and application uptime, spot issues before customers do, and coordinate fast fixes with engineering.Key ResponsibilitiesUptime Monitoring and TriageMonitor dashboards, synthetic checks, and alerting pipelines for production systemsClassify and prioritise incidents by customer impact and severityCoordinate with on-call engineers to restore service quicklyProcess and Continuous ImprovementOwn shift reports and incident timelines that feed post-incident reviewsTune alert thresholds to cut noise and reduce false positivesFlag recurring failure patterns to the infrastructure and SRE teamIdeal Candidate Profile2 to 6 years in NOC, site-reliability support, or production-monitoring rolesFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure and container-based systemsExperience with monitoring or observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or New RelicComfort working rotating or night shifts to match global customer hoursClear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setupPreferred QualificationsBasic scripting ability in Bash or Python for triage automationExposure to incident-management tools such as PagerDuty or OpsgeniePrior experience in a SaaS or product-engineering environmentWhat We OfferA first-responder seat on uptime for a fast-growing product used across 30+ regionsRemote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placementDirect exposure to the engineering team's incident-response playbookHiring ProcessHR Screening → Technical Round → Hiring Manager Round → Culture FitWe will also keep your profile in view for the infrastructure and support roles this team opens next.
